Terms & Conditions
aiocalc.com is provided free of charge, without an account or login. By using the site, you agree to the following terms.
Using the calculators
- Calculators produce estimates, not guarantees — see our disclaimer for what that means in practice.
- The site is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including no guarantee that a calculator will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.
- We may add, change, or remove calculators and features at any time, without notice.
- You're responsible for how you use the results — including verifying anything with real financial, structural, medical, or legal consequences before acting on it.
Acceptable use
Use the site like a person, not a bot: don't scrape, crawl, or send automated bulk requests at a volume that degrades the site for other visitors, and don't try to reverse-engineer or rip out the calculators to republish as your own product. Reasonable personal automation (like a script that checks one result) is fine — mass automated harvesting of pages isn't. Don't submit the contact form with spam, unlawful content, or automated bulk submissions — it's a channel for reporting real issues, not a mailing list to abuse. We may restrict or block access for anyone using the site in a way that harms it or other users.
Ownership
The calculator formulas themselves are standard, publicly published math, financial, and health formulas — nobody owns arithmetic. What belongs to aiocalc.com is the specific site: its design, text, layout, and code. Don't copy the site wholesale and re-host it as your own; building your own implementation of a public formula is fine.
Third-party services
aiocalc.com is hosted on Cloudflare. The contact form additionally relies on Cloudflare Turnstile for bot verification and Resend for email delivery. We also use Google Analytics, subject to the cookie-consent behavior described in our privacy policy for visitors in the EU, EEA, and UK. These providers process the minimum data needed to run their specific feature on our behalf, and each has its own terms governing its own service, separate from these terms.
Third-party links
Some calculator pages link out to external resources for further reading (for example, pointing to ssa.gov for official Social Security figures). Those links are for convenience, not an endorsement — we don't control and aren't responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of sites we don't operate.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, aiocalc.com isn't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site or its calculators — including decisions made based on a calculator's output. Use the tools as a starting reference point, not a final answer, especially for anything with real financial, structural, medical, or legal consequences.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site evolves. Continuing to use the site after a change is posted means you accept the updated terms — check back here if you want to stay current.
Governing law
These terms don't currently specify a governing law or jurisdiction for disputes — that's a deliberate gap, not an oversight: it should be filled in by a lawyer as part of a real legal review, based on where the business is actually established, rather than us guessing at one here.
